Official Wicked Workshops
We are proud to be the exclusively authorised UK provider of Official Workshops for the hit West End musical, Wicked. We combine the show’s iconic themes and music with our expertise in community singing to bring the world of Oz directly to your school, office, or event. Led by our friendly, experienced practitioners, these sessions offer an authentic, world-class experience focused on Wellbeing, Anti-Bullying, or Musical Theatre Masterclasses.
Our unique approach
Much of our work is driven by a unique methodology we call Applied Musical Theatre (AMT). Through this approach, we take the storytelling tools of musical theatre and apply them outside of traditional theatre settings. We help schools, organisations, and communities co-create original musical theatre songs that reflect their unique lived experiences, histories, and identities. By turning participants into active creators, we provide an accessible gateway for groups to find their collective voice.
Built on friendship
Led by Anna Shields and Emily Garsin, Starling Arts combines creative excellence with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Together with our team, we bring industry-leading expertise and a warm, personal touch to every project. We believe creativity belongs to everyone, from the hospital ward to the classroom, or the West End stage.

Because Starling Arts is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC), working with us means the goodness stretches a little further.
We invest our profits straight back into the communities we serve. When a business or organisation commissions a workshop with us, that investment directly funds our vital free, or subsidised community health projects like Sing for Better Breathing.
